IELTS Study Planner V1 is a digital product. Because access is granted instantly, the following policy applies to all purchases.

• No refunds for change of mind.
• No refunds for unused planner access.
• No refunds for unused AI Writing feedback credits.
• No refunds after digital access has been granted.

Duplicate charges & access problems

If you were charged more than once, or you cannot access content you paid for due to a technical issue, please contact support at support.selfstudy@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.

This policy applies except where a refund is required by applicable law.
